Ordering Online:

  1. How do I place an order?
    Add your products to the cart and click on Checkout. You will need to sign in or create an account before continuing. Creating an account lets you track your order history and store addresses for fast and easy checkouts. Enter in or select your shipping address and Continue to Shipping. Select Shipping method then continue to Payment. You will receive an email notification once payment has been made and order is submitted.    
  1. What payment methods do you accept?
    UniPrint accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards. PayPal is also available at checkout.
  1. How do I track or view my orders?
    Once you have placed or your order, we will send you an email confirmation with an order number. You can use this number when you log in to see your order’s status which can be found in your account (accessible via the My account link after you have signed in). You will receive another email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched. Please call Customer Service on 03 9882 4905 during business hours Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm) if you need further information. 

  2. How do I modify or cancel an order?
    You are able to cancel or modify an order after placing it, if the order has not been dispatched. Please call Customer Service on 03 9882 4905 during business hours Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm) and have your order confirmation number on hand.

 

Shipping:

  1. How long will delivery take?
    Standard Shipping - Dispatched within 5-7 working days on all products within Australia. 
    Express Shipping - Dispatched under 3 working days on all products within Australia. 
    International Shipping - Dispatched under 3 working days on all products within Australia. Arrives between 2 - 15 days depending on country of origin. 
  1. How much does delivery cost?
    Free Standard Shipping available on all orders over $200 within Australia.
    Standard Shipping is $20.00 and Express Shipping is $30.00 within Australia.
    International Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. Extra charges may apply for Duty & Taxes depending on country of origin. Click here for more information.
  1. How do I track my order?
    We use TNT (FedEx) and Australia Post to deliver our orders. An email notification will be emailed to you with the tracking information after order is dispatched. Please call Customer Service on 03 9882 4905 during business hours Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm) AEST if you need further information. 

 

Return Policy: 

Returns will only be accepted if the goods are faulty and UniPrint is notified within 7 working days of receiving the goods. We are happy to replace, exchange or refund the cost of the item for you. Read our Return policy page for more information.
